Once the proper legal minimum time-frame has been given and your tenant has not contested the eviction, you can now begin your final step which is the Default Package!

You will receive signed judgement in the mail. A Writ will be sent from the courthouse to the Broward Sheriff office for the physical removal of your tenant. Sheriff will contact you with details so be alert and ready to open the property.
