3 DAY EVICTION PROCESS

The most common eviction is for non-payment of rent which begins with a 3 Day Notice. There are other types of evictions that can be done for other reasons; however, regardless of which eviction is started, they all follow a similar process. The eviction process map shown is from the “Office of the Commission Auditor of Miami-Dade of County Commissioners.” Both Miami-Dade County and Broward County follow similar process.
