SUMMONS PACKAGE

Once the proper notice has been served and the legal minimum time-frame was given; depending on the type of eviction you have begun; your next step will be to start the Summons Package!

GREAT NEWS! You are half way done removing your tenant and getting your property back!

DEFAULT PACKAGE

Once the proper legal minimum time-frame has been given and your tenant has not contested the eviction, you can now begin your final step which is the Default Package!

You will receive signed judgement in the mail. A Writ will be sent from the courthouse to the Miami Dade County Sheriff office for the physical removal of your tenant. Sheriff will contact you with details so be alert and ready to open the property.

Notices delivered over a 10 mile radius of our Miami office are an additional $50. Any monies recovered from the eviction will be an additional 10% Fee. Unlawful Detainers are $399 for our fee.

SUMMONS COST

Your cost for this step is $399!

This covers your Court Filing Cost, Office Supplies Cost, Court Documents Delivery Fee and Private Process Server Fee for one defendant.

Each additional defendant is $150. Any monies recovered from the eviction will be an additional 10% Fee. Each additional document that is not part of the summons package is $200. Summons delivered over a 10 mile radius of our Miami office are an additional $50. Unlawful Detainers are $699 for Summons. Case Dismissals are $100.

DEFAULT COST

Your cost for this step is $265!

This covers the Miami Dade County Sheriff Cost, Office Supplies Cost and Court Documents Delivery Fee.

Notary Service Included!

Defaults delivered to North Dade Justice Center or Joseph Caleb Center are included; any other Miami Dade Courthouse is an additional $50. Any monies recovered from the eviction will be an additional 10% Fee. Case Dismissals are $100.
